Who we are
Clean Air Systems Limited is an Auckland HVAC company built by engineers and technicians with more than twenty years in commercial mechanical services. We design, install, commission and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration for buildings where the air has to be right: hospitals, sterile compounding facilities, laboratories and broadcast studios.
The same people do the residential work. A heat pump in a Henderson lounge gets the load calculation we use on a commercial floor, a registered electrician on the connection and the paperwork at the end. It takes us a little longer, and it means the unit copes in July.
Health and safety is a top priority on every site. We are members of Site Safe and SiteWise (Green), NEBB certified for commissioning, and our IQP-registered staff inspect and certify specified systems for Building Warrants of Fitness across Auckland.
